okay so this sounds like the most basic thing but i legitimately dont know how to do this. in my game there are places where i dont want link to respawn in a cave or in a house if they save and quit and then continue. but its a different dmap that i make the house or cave in so you respawn in it anyway. how can i make it so that you dont respawn in the dmap of the cave or whatever and respawn in the dmap you came from? there is the continue here check thing but it doesnt seem to make a difference...

Disable the continue here flag for that DMap and don't use Entrance/Exit type warps, as those set the continue point.

How did I not realize this? All this time I thought it was a continue bug type thing. That's good to know.
