A calm village~
Eins
The young sleepy town of Woodford, where things are usually happening, and there are secrets hiding in several corners.

I prefer Ein's tileset, but Lunaria's layout/design is more interesting.

Oh boy, this is gonna be a hard one...
Lunaria - Beautiful village map. I really like how Classic is used here, and those path tiles are really neat. Overall layout and design of the whole map is great too. I have noticed that weird dark-red person to the bottom-left. I dunno if that colour is intended but it definitely looks different to everyone else.
Eins -
Either way, nicely done map. It's nice to see BS come up again after quite a long time. Goes to show that you can still definitely make some neat stuff out of it. I really like how open the village looks. Very nice map overall.
I voted for Lunaria this month, with Eins as a close second.

I voted Eins, I don't know how to explain it, but the map and most of the things in it feels more "purposeful". Maybe it's because of in-game context so I will state another reason: I just think it's charming and full of personality, a lot of ZC village maps tend to lack this. We don't see many well designed village maps in BS and I like a lot of the areas he designed, my favorite being the shore area. Early in game, it'd spark my curiosity (assuming you get the Roc's Feather later on) and typically, that's one of the things I like most about maps. It also sparks the "introduction village" look. My only critique would be to give the weather vane a black outline to fit in with the rest of the surrounding tiles. Great work!
Lunaria, I like your map too. It has a little more variety which is nice to see. I like the mountain depth too. Visually, I feel it's a bit more on the repetitive side of things (maybe it's because of the houses) but overall, it's a solid map and pretty cool for classic.
Both maps are great, but I feel Eins' touched more on what I find appealing about village maps.

neither is absolutely perfect, but both are pretty good.
because of how the flow for me goes on these maps, and the color and design, i give it to lunaria.
EDIT:The quest for Lunaria's map is so good. Great job Lunaria.

Two towns in contest head-to-head
A winner triumphs in the end
With classic style and folks to meet
Lunaria's map is pretty sweet!
