I wonder if some of the more technical savvy people can help me with my OBS.
Here's the situation.
I own a iMac, and run windows 7 through an emulation software called Parallels Desktop.
I have OBS installed on both the Mac part of my computer and the Windows part of my computer. Upon original install of OBS, the internal mic of my iMac was picked up by both copies of the OBS software.
However, since installing the latest update of OBS (17.0.2) on the windows side, the mic bar at the bottom of my screen isn't moving at all. Ive tried uninstalling the software, and re-installing it. Still no joy. Had a look online for people experiencing similar problems... still won't work.
Any ideas what I can do to get the mic working on the windows side? Funnily enough, it still works as it should on the mac side...
EDIT:
Nevermind! Fixed it.
For those of you who are curious:
Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Manage Audio Devices > Recording tab > Select microphone > Levels > Make sure microphone is at 100%. Job Done!
