Information
This is a Z1/GBC/LttP universal tile set for making different style quests from the same quest file. This is still in the early stages of development, and is currently missing dungeon / item / enemy tiles from GB and Z3, but can still be utilized as a starting point quest file, or as a tile resource.

8 Color Edition is designed to be easily understandable, highly expandable, and palette customize-able. The idea behind creating 8 color tiles for everything is to help the brand new quest creator learn and understand how to utilize the palette/tile/combo system with the minimum amount of complexity. After I finish developing this edition, I will build a 16 color version of this within the same quest file.
ALL TILES are grab-and-go compatible with the ZQuest default palette (without recoloring), so these tiles can go into your classic style quest, and your custom classic tiles can go into this quest file with virtually no adjustments needed.
All screenshots are 4-bit 8-color, Layer 0 ONLY (no transparency). They were also put together rather quickly for showcase purposes, so forgive the lack of artful design. Main and level Palettes are still in the experimental stages, and will most likely change to some extent.
