This is another old submission that I am updating to make it hopefully a little bit better. This will also be the last wall set I try to rip for a while. It's pretty annoying for me at times, and I need to learn more about palettes, and how to edit them correctly.

These are large trees I blew up, and rounded off for the Classic set. They were pretty simple to make, but I thought they might come in handy, since the Classic set is completely lacking in the large tree department.

The original blacks in the trees that used the transparent color have been changed to use the first solid black in c-set 2 of the overworld palette. This is a nice submission I put together after realizing there are very few panoramic view things in the database. So, I ripped these. These came straight from the ROM map viewer, and into ZC. I fixed them up in ZC so they can be used without anything but a palette rip from you.

Plain and simple... These two-three-color (red and white AND BLACK) recovery hearts take the place of the "heart" sprite... They also come with some sparklies :D

I was going through the tile database when I relized that their were no awesone beams or anything... So, I made my own, and stuff... I decided to submit these since there aren't any allready...

These beams have multiple perposes...

The can be used to teleport you in and out of caves, or to other worlds? :whistle:

These require 2 seperate layers (use 5, and 6)... The layer with the beam should be tranparent, and the layer with the seperate sparklies should be opaque...

This is a rip of about 95% of the tiles from Minish Cap's Mt. Crenel Area. These use 8-bit color, but there is a low-fi 16 color version as well, but they are more limited. This is an 11-year-later update to on of my 2005 submissions :P The palette is kind of messy, and I'm looking for ways to improve my palette building so tips are appreciated.

The kitty uses three different colors making it easily rippable into any palette, for any set.

NOTE: Set both the kitty, and the Z's a-frames to 59, and the a-speed to 10. If they are different, then the kitty, and the Z's won't line up, and he'll snore while he cleans his face...

Finally, finally, FINALLY I got around to ripping these. For years I've wanted these lava tiles. I just never got around to ripping them. I hope you guys like these. They use one c-set, and 15 colors. There are detailed setup instructions in the .zip.
Improved BS Heart Container Pieces by Anthus

I thought I had already submitted these for the longest time, but after recently going through my submissions (Finding useless ones I may have removed), I found that they weren't there.

So, here they are :)

These are usable in both Pure and BS. I took Radien's HCP from the BS set, and made the little heart inside rotate with the frame. It looks a lot better. I hope this becomes the norm in the HCP world, but I doubt it...

Zelda 2 Overworld Tiles by Anthus

These are the twelve (count 'em!) overworld tiles found in Link's second NES outing. I also added an A thru D tile to use for making, and marking multiple warps per screen. Make these lettered combos the direct warp, or stairs with their respective letter, and then layer the overworld tiles over them. That's what I find easiest anyway, but you can combo them however you want.

This was a very simple rip, and they all use one c-set which can be grabbed from the image.

these were made for a classic quest which I was working on some time ago. I released them on ZCR, but I'll put them here too :)

Here are some slight edits, and alterations made to some Classic tiles optimizing them for use with a winter/ snow/ ice themed area.

This is not a palette swap as much as it is an actual recolor to make them more Wintery. Works with c-sets 4 (Mountains and Trees), and 7 (Ice) in classic. Still uses new default classic palettes, so no recoloring should be required [View Full Description]

I added a "shadowless" version which might be more practicle and easier to use since it gets rid of the extra tile neded for the shadows.

I added some "top" tiles that show the lava moving up and down. This also makes it look more solid.

I remember when I first drew the original lava tiles for Zelda-TD back in January... I though that they were so cool, but if I look back on them now, I think, man those sucked ass.
