Restores quick item switching functionality when quest rule "Can Select A-Button Weapon On Subscreen" is active.

The quest rule "Can Select A-Button Weapon On Subscreen" disables the L/R quick B button item switch. This script re-enables it for B as well as adding similar functionality to the Ex1 and Ex2 buttons for the A button item.
