Loved this, great atmosphere and visuals, delightful gameplay.
Notes:
-Spikes can be hard to clear, but that's ZC limitations.
-I had to map jump to a button rather than a direction, otherwise I couldn't do this game.
-Music disappeared for too long at times.
-I suggest making the pupils of the character look up when he jumps

A Short and Simple Platformer contains a scripted sideview-engine, all kinds of different objects and blocks, goombas, a custom boss, and lots of fun. There are 60 Levels and the more Levels you beat, the harder it gets! Every once in a while, new things come into play, to make for an innovative gameplay experience.
