It appears I haven't given this quest a review before, so I'll take the opportunity to do so now. Firstly, this is a very creative idea for a quest, and as others have said, you'll learn to really despise a lot of these rules that get thrown at you. Before this recent update came around, I recall there being some really nasty rules that made the quest a bit on the unfair side of things, though I'm very happy to see that some rules have been replaced and altered with better ones that are more fair, but still really annoying lol. Either way, the rules add a lot to the quest and makes it so much more enjoyable. In a way, it feels like you're constantly learning from your mistakes and ended up making me paranoid over everything I do.
But yeah the issues I used to have with the quest are no more thanks to this update, so I'm pretty happy I replayed this quest. An easy 5/5 from me, I had a lot of fun with this one!

Within this quest, you must obey what it commands. Over time, new rules will come into play.

Description
This is a really small quest I made in about 3 weeks. 
What you can expect from this quest:
- An open overworld consisting of 8x8 screens.
- Many caves, secrets and hidden stuff.
- 3 triforce dungeons you can beat in any order.
- More dungeons.
- Engaging gimmicks, puzzles, challenges and bosses.
- Many different rules that can randomly come into play, to annoy you and to make your life harder.
- Playing entirely without rules is an option too now.
On the subscreen, you have a timer that tells you when the next rule will be added. If you break a rule, you'll just die in the game and you'll also be told which rule you broke. Make sure to not break the rules. As new rules come into play, the quest slowly gets more and more challenging.
Many of the rules make for some awkward, weird or funny situations, which you need to treat as an extra challenge to the quest. If you still find this really easy to beat, there is a really difficult endgame bonus dungeon, just for you. You will also get a notification and a 100% mark in your subscreen when you have completed the quest and collected everything there is to find. Nothing is permanently missable, you can get every item even after beating the final boss and seeing the credits.

Finally, a long awaited(?) update is out, fixing the biggest issues, so I can be happy with this quest.
- The worst rules have been replaced with better ones.
- Now featuring controlled randomness, to give you rules based on a difficulty rotation.
- Added options at the beginning. You can now play without rules, or with more frequent rules or start with all rules active!
- Extra minutes are changed to give you 2 minutes, but are placed more carefully.
- Improved final boss.
- And minor changes here and there.

Story
Myrule is in desperation. An unknown being with mysterious powers threatens the land by giving out rules that people must obey. Monsters are attacking the wonderful land of Myrule and nobody has the courage to stand up against him. In these dark hours, a hero is needed. This is where a boy named Link appears.
Tips & Cheats
The map button is enabled everywhere. You can press Ex1 to review all the rules you got.
Explore around! You will find a lot of things that should help you out. This is the best tip I can give you, as there are items like the boomerang that are easily missable. Also, speak with everyone. People might have some good tips for you, or some useful items to sell.
However, don't waste time. New rules are steadily coming and coming, and if you let them all be added, it will soon get frustrating and too much for you to handle. So, just keep this in mind while playing
