Wow, this is a bit too close.

I know I'm going to get to hear bad comments about the translucent stuff, but it looks better when animated, really!

codelinker: Solid dungeon, just boring. The white minimap is annoying.
Polygon: Sorry, but those colors are annoying.:\
Hero Link: Yay! LTTP! The knight looks weird, but I guess that's to be expected...
Nick: Not a standout screen on its own, but an OW with 128 of these...
Mr. Z: A little dark for underwater.
WB: It's a solid dungeon screen, but nothing really jumps out at me. Nice to see progress on CoP though...
Gamelink: Nice as a cutscene, but not SSOTW material.

I like your map frames and hearts.
Unless you're intending for Link to be able to jump off of the balcony, some railing that matches the tower would probably look cool.
Impressive. Great job translating LTTP's overworld. My recommendation would be to remove the three bushes along the right side, as it's not cool to trap Link in a 1 tile long/wide vertical or horizontal part of the screen where he can't swing his sword.

I like how it looks, love the blue floor color. I also like the map and item things.
I love how this one looks. I like the tower aspect. I can't wait to get there.
Well, I have worked really hard on this. I will take out those bushes off to the right like WB said.
I like how it looks, very good setup of things. Nice.
I love the underwater look of things. I think it'll look alot better in motion. Good pic.
I like the dungeon look of things. It looks like it's a fun quest.
Nice screen, but not too much to comment on.

That would be a good idea, it may be a Nightmare (dream) but Link can't fly with the cape .
