Propekt: R to shield? Fancy. Looks pretty good. Especially the ruined windmill at the top.
SerptiaX: Looks really good. No complaints here. *votes*
Midnight King: Good work. For some reason, it really reminds me of a screen Joe123 made earlier.

Sheik: Very, very nice work. I'd assume it's Goron Mountain.
Well, it is the concept of an area I called Goronia Canyon in lack for a better term. If you like to see (2) more area concept screens feel free to use the link in my sig. which guides you to my quest project. But your general idea was kinda right, yeah.

Anyways, nice shots everybody! And if for some reason you couldn't tell, I voted for Sheik. He's just too awesome with the Gameboy tileset.

Functionally for a overworld screen among many, it is well done. It just lacks the extra ga ga factor.
Prospekt - 7/10
About as good as Sheik's, I think. The corner portions feel a bit awkward to me, although I can't explain why. Perhaps my uncertainties with the screen are the answer to that. Good amount of detail and purpose, though.
SerpitaX - 8/10
The sandstorm effects look perfect to me. Often it's hard to get the colors right on any sort of matter falling from the air, but I think this is right on target. As for the design, it is also very well done. It is well detailed, yet still in good taste.
Midnight_King - 8/10
A pretty forest screen. Like Serpita's, the detail is very good, and it still remains in pretty good taste.
My tie breaker goes to SerpitaX, as I feel he took on a greater challenge when designing his screen, blending in the unnatural with the natural very well.

Sheik:I like the design of it, especially the Goron statues. 7.7/10
Prospekt: The atmosphere is right, but I feel that the upper-right corner is crowded and that there is a bit too much diversity in the ground. 7.1/10
SerpitaX: Totally the best. :O
Midnight_King: It is a nice forest shot. It certainly has the feel of a forest. 7.6/10
