Everytime I try to cross a ladder combo with the ladder nothing happens. I can't walk across it at all. Is this a bug or am I retarded?
I think the ladder combo's are broken in 254.

Anyway, make sure all properties are set up right, e.g walkability, combo tpe, etc. You could have easily missed something.

Ha, yeah. That happens to everybody. 
I'm pretty sure you only need to check that flag on Overworld dmaps. Dungeons should be automatic, and I'm guessing it's the same with caves.
