Today more of the over-world has been created, including the finalized version of Laria field.
Just thought I could show you a bit of the Aquen Region, including some mini dungeons.

These screens are looking better and better. Rough edges along rocks and lakes really helps them look more natural, and the variety of floor tiles you're using in the dungeons is putting those rooms well above standard classic layouts.

I'm not so sure CSet 1 works very well outside (those rock walkways) - it might be best to copy those tiles and recolor them to something using other overworld colors. Alternatively, CSet 11 is good if you want them to be standard gray stones.

The purple cave with the void-looking water looks really intriguing too.

Yeah, without a job currently, I have a lot of free time on my hands.

So many updates so close together. Then nothing for a few weeks. You still working on this? I sure hope so!

Yes I am! So don't worry. Just I thought I shouldn't post so much that people get tired of seeing stuff from me. Lol

Great progress has been made.

I'm really liking these screens. It looks like you're going for a vanilla aesthetic (aside from the HUD), and it's hard to make things look good with the vanilla tileset, so kudos for that.

Do you have ideas for your dungeon screens, though? I've been through that stage where I have no ideas for what to put in Zelda 1 dungeon screens, heh. It looks like you're handling that well, though.

I'm sure there's past updates I've missed, but what I'm seeing looks really good! Keep it up!

Every dungeon is unique in its own way, so don't worry about the same old aesthetic for every dungeon. Even the mini dungeons are different in their own way.
