Dear devs,

Summary

ZC player in this alpha crashes randomly while testing my quest. I'm thinking it could be related to my quest, but on the other hands it's only happening since this alpha.

Version info

2.55 alpha 83

OS info

Windows 10

Details

While testing my quest, the ZC player sometimes crashes entirely (no "not responsing" dialogue or such). So far I was not able to reproduce it with another quest, but I'm also not simply able to reproduce it with my own quest. It's quite random.

I've tried letting my quest run all night in the ZC player, but it did not crash. Sometimes I was able to play an entire run without a crash. Then sometimes it crashes within minutes of playing.

It never happened at the same screen/moment twice, it seems completely random.

Basically I'd like to know whether there's a way to debug this and provide you guys with more info.

How to reproduce

I have no clue

Is there any way I can further debug this? Are there logs that I can read?

Thanks in advance

It happend to me two times, yet.
But I could open my quest in a new save state, and it ran fine again.

On the latest build (alpha 85), which I've been using for more than a month, it hasn't happened once so far.

I'll keep my eye on it.

I'd still like an answer on this though in case it happens again:

Is there any way I can further debug this? Are there logs that I can read?
