I want to do the thing where a moving FFC passes over FFC changer, then moves in a different direction, but I can't remember how to set that up. Can you help me figure that out?

The sad thing is I did this successfully a year or two ago...

When you edit an FFC under Data tab there is X Speed and Y Speed  if you use for example X Speed 0.5 and use instead X Speed -0.5 then it will go to the other direction...

Or if you use X Speed 0.5 and Y Speed 0.0 in the first FFC changer then in the next use only Y Speed 0.5 and X Speed 0.0...

Here is all that explained http://www.zeldaclas.../Freeform_Combo

and here is a tutorial also https://www.purezc.n...showtopic=18930

So, I have FFC 1 moving down (Y Speed 1.5, X Speed 0)

Then it collides with the changer FFC 6 and stops moving.

FFC 6 has these flags checked:

"Is a Changer" and "Swap speed with next FFC"

I don't know if next FFC refers to FFC 2 or FFC 7, but I set both of them to (X Speed -1.5, Y Speed 0), so why isn't the FFC turning left instead of stopping?

Here is a simple Changer Setup Demo that you may want to use as a reference.

You can fiddle with the flags to see what they do, using this as a movement loop base.

Thanks! That helped me figure it out. I was avoiding using the same combo because I didn't realize Changers aren't drawn onscreen, also I turned off Swap Speed, it works now :)

I usually used to set up all of my changers using the same combo with copy/paste ffc, then set their movement properties.

I was never sure why the initial ffc speed is reversed from the speeds that the changers set. I think that it is a bug, but fixing it would probably break the entire cosmos.
