The Dance of Remembrance: Hybrid tileset is an updated version of Radien's outdated DoR 2.0 Update. Hence, I gave myself the task to reorganize it and make it fully compatible with Zelda Classic Versions 2.50 and 2.50.1.  I'm proud to announce that the project has entered the final version of release, and so, it is finally finished.

This marvelous tileset originally compiled by Radien, includes new content such as:

New Item Sprites

- New Enemy Sprites

- New Dungeon Sets

- Custom sprites

- Combo Aliases

- Preloaded Scripts and more!

You can download it from the Official Download Page in PZC's Database.

Credits:

- Radien (Tileset)

- Cukeman (MC Tileset Tiles and Items)

- Shiek, Nick, Link the Master, Jared, Joe123, Evile and Shane (Palettes)

- FireSeraphim (Ganon Tiles)

- Relic (Various Tiles)

- Evile (Various Tiles)

- Shane (Mods of Moo2wo's MC water)

- Moo2wo (MC Water and misc Tiles and item sprites).

- Supindahood (DoR Update Pack and misc. Tiles)

- Coolgamer 012345 (Some tiles and bugfinding).

- Sparkster (Custom Tiles)

- Master Maniac (Betatester)

Special Thanks:

- Dragon De Platino: (New DoR Hybrid Link Sprites)

- Linkus: (A whole lot of tiles!)

- Robin: (A bunch of beautiful tiles and his Hylian Phoenix's Castle tiles)

If anybody hasn't been given credit, let me know.  ;)

Moo2wo did the Minish Cap water tiles, I fitted them into DoR for Sepulcher/Jared. May I ask, how you got these? It's not that I'm angry, I'm simply curious. It's no lie that they are incomplete also, so I wouldn't recommend them exactly, but feel free to use - but give credit to me and (more importantly) Moo2wo. I'd appreciate it.

Also my honest opinion is ignore those people who try to stop you from what you want to do. We can use more tilesets and content on the site. It may not be as impressive as the Firebird set, but you put effort into breathing new life in a old tileset, and that's commendable.

I wish you nothing but the best for your project(s).

A good man never reveals his secrets. Na, I think I got them from Jared's Relic of the Past. Thanks for letting me know though and I'll be sure to give you and Moo2wo credit! :)

Are you just adding to DoR? I'm more interested in how you may be refining DoR.

It's mostly like a mod to DoR, adding new items, enemies, tiles and a few other stuff. That is why I also asked if anybody was interested to help me out by making a contribution to it. But in general... kinda :)

That's a shame.  If that is the case then this isn't going to be for me. Good luck, though.

No biggie, but I'm sure you're more to look forward to the Firebird set though. Anyway, thanks man! :D

Not really. Firebird is a very pretty tileset, but it is not for me.

Will you be handling Relational modes and Dungeon Carving modes? What about Combo Aliases? All of those are extremely handy to the serious questmaker who lacks time.

Actually, I have been thinking about that, since it will be a 2.5 tileset! :D If not, I could use help with the Dungeon Carving mode, since I have no idea how that is set up

Yes, I do, but it's kinda unfair to me, since if I release the whole tileset, well, you can make a quest with it, and the point of reorganization would be lost :P

(Thus explaining why in the file I uploaded here has almost no combos, cause I erased them all XD )

Yes, right now the order I have is:

  1. Grounds and plants
  2. Miscellaneous (Rocks, desert combos, etc).
  3. Trees and big trees
  4. Winter Combos (Snow, Snowy Trees)
  5. Weather Combos
  6. Houses
  7. Water
  8. Swamp and marshlands
  9. Castles, and other stuff ;)
  10. Dungeons :D

Basically, that's the order i have with both the tile pages and combos pages.. If you have any suggestions, feel free to express yourself :D

I will, some to mention would be item pickup string, freeform shutters and item combine ;)
