[Rambly]

Right now the View Palette screen is broken, kind of:
 

 
As you can probably see, the borders between all of the colors display... a seemingly random array of related colors.  I know it's not a terribly actively used component of the program, but it still seems worth fixing eventually.  It'd probably be worth considering a higher priority if the View Palette window had more utility, which I've also suggested elsewhere.
 
It seems to display a more consistent border when the underlying screen is blank.  I don't know if that could be a possible lead for pinpointing the cause for the bug, but it's probably worth noting.
