'%lx'/'%lX' for using the long form of a number in a hexadecimal representation.

Adding more, such as octal handling, octal long handling, binary handling, long binary handling, may be worthwhile.

I added %l to printf and sprintf, but it is untested. I have yet to add %ld. At present, %ld and %l should behave the same.
