I don't know how much this will get a project forum, as the updates are "relatively" small and the work is relatively complete save fixing some bugs, but Demo Quest ZX is officially a thing now and is going to be launching off the ground. Here is the changelog of differences from Demo Quest SP as of now:
Functional, as of 9/25/2021:
1. Textboxes added for all dialog, including dmap intros, boss dialogs, and text strings
2. New Subscreen added and A/B now functional.
3. Jer's staircases are all restored, albeit in a new way
4. Some minor bugfixes and a few script changes to a few bosses.
5. Gleeok 40 header explained, same with the ultimaate Fire Gleeok.
6. Rerolls in for useless items.
7. Character Switching is functional
8. Fixed text bug string picking up character switcher
Known bugs so far:
1. Child enemies/dmap intros tend to repeat on boss battles.
2. Enemy positioning
3. A few outstanding issues from Demo in general (including timers for the boss forms might have been broken between versions)
Definitely not the biggest update, but it's here. I don't know if I'll get many new players, but the older players might enjoy one last ride in Jer's world before it's put to rest.
It will require whatever's latest when released.
