I require ice and fire arrows

 

ice arrows would freeze (put a transparent ice tile over) an enemy for a short period of time and maybe when you hit the enemy again it gets unfrozen

 

fire arrows would put a fire tile over the enemy and deal some extra damage for a short period of time and maybe slow the enemy down

 

also I would like a way to play a sound when the arrows hit an enemy
