Hi Everyone,

I need some help with the Hell Awaits quest. I got the I got the Triforce from levels 1-4, but now I am totally stuck. There is a part at the end of Level 4 with a room with like 5 Magic Otorocks. After facing that, I get to the cross part of the level. At the top of the T is more magic octocrock--after finally beating them I get to the last room of the cross. It has a locked door along with a temp. bubble, statues with fireballs, a bunch of Magic Octorocks, and some other stuff (I didn't get to see it long enough to remember everything.

Here is what I have:

10 Heart Containers, White Sword, Shield, Book, Money Bag, Magic Boomerang, 8 Bombs, Blue Candle, Bow and Arrow, Whistle, Red Potion.

Basically, I am not equipped for this fight.

I've gone back through all 4 levels literally dozens of times (I love this quest). I'm reasonably sure that I need the hookshot or the raft to move forward.

I am already 6 and a half hours into the game. Everything was going smooth until I got to this part.

If you know anything about this quest, please tell me what I am doing wrong. I'm pretty good at the Zelda games and I am totally stuck. And obsessed.

Anything you got would be super.

This thread started for 2 years ago but the only question here got no answer. I have beaten level 1 and it can be worth a play. A classic quest with overworldmap. Enjoy friends

Looks good I will give it a try, have 2nd sword and am inside level 2. This seems to be a quite good quest so far, lots of custom tiles and surprises even if its for 2.10, a solid 4 point'er so far, hope that I won't run into any Killer Bugs.

Link looks a little alike Barney in the Flintstones cartoon.

Yes, I probably have played this earlier but so far I don,t remeber it. Will anyway give it a new try

I found 2 extra HP so far, one is inside a cave near the start and another is in the "underground" on the way toward level 3.

Is there a shield to buy somewhere? Also, I can' reach this key.

shop is located north wall and left side - walk trough the wall!

WOW, what rapid progress you have done. I´m looking for arrows to go on in level 3. Any tips ?

Arrow is in the 1st shop, there's a boomerang for sale there also. Still can't get to that key, I maybe missing some item, bought potions and Satan's shield. ^^;

Haha, didn´t know I could walk through the rocks. Got arrows, blue candle and boomer. Well, it´s time for bed, will go on tomorrow. See you friends

Cosmo, you need the flute to get that key in level 3

Vravelo, is this the place for the shield shop ? - If so, I can´t figure out how to go there. Need more help

There's a hidden path starting in the screen to the east.

Where's the flute? Is it inside level 3? I only got a book there.

Yes, walk N some screens and walk through a wall to the left.

Thanks, now I'm inside level 4, there's some unreachable rooms in the middle of the map, I guess there's an Item there, already got the triforce though.

Nevermind, found it.
