Castle Haunt III has now been added to the AGN database.

It contains all files, including the 211b10b beta version that it must be played on, and also all the sound files.
It comes complete and ready to play.

Having trouble finding the first chamber...

from the front door, go right all the way, up the stairs and open the pots to get the map, then walk up through the wall.

EDIT: its great up to getting the first triforce piece and watching Zelda Classic crash :'( im not blaming you for this huge annoyance... its going to be too big a job to upgrade to a much newer beta isnt it?

OK, I've only played it for a little bit, but it does look amazing. I love the sound effects, especially, and I'm one of those idiots who tried that door on the first screen But anyway, I look forward to playing this some more.

yea i did. i believe my computer just hates old betas for some weird reason >.> ive also gotten crashes in 1.92/2.10 quests too which is why im pining for a stable ZC 2.5 >.>

Argh, I was really hoping that, having beaten Castle Haunt and Castle Haunt 2, I'd be able to get through this quest without getting stuck!

Sadly, this is not the case.

Where are the ocarina and boss door in level two? I've gotten the boss key, but I can't find the door, and I've seen a floating note in one of the rooms, but I don't have the whistle. Help please?

The boss is in the upper right corner the whistle isn't in this level you have to come back later for that one

I went through Level One without much trouble but did not get a candle. Is it in that level or somewhere else??? Please advise. It great so far.

Elsie, I still can't get anywhere in that level. My sister said she got a blue candle somewhere and was able to light a torch or something in the second room up from the start. She couldn't remember where she had gotten that blue candle. I can get no further than that room myself. If you have any suggestions, please advise. Thanks in advance for any info.

Um... let me rephrase the question.

How do I get to the boss door? I can't find the staircase or whatever I need to get over there.
