What do I do in this room?  If I push the block to the tile above it, a chest appears on the left side of the screen, but it dissappears when I exit the room.

Here is a fix.

This has also been uploaded to PureZC, but hasn't seemed to have be approved yet.

Thanks!  How about here?  I feel like I'm stuck in this dungeon, and need a key to progress further.

You need the item of the dungeon to trigger that block.

There is another locked door. If you haven't found bombable walls try looking where you haven't been on the map.

I found one bombable wall, which lead to the path where I got the map.  That wall was marked though, and I don't see those markings anywhere else.  I feel like I've bombed every wall in every room that's adjacent to a room I haven't visited yet.  Also, I can't find a way to open the East door in this room:

The east door is a one way shutter.

There are two bombable walls in this dungeon, both are marked.

The other is around where you got the map.

Your update has some kinks in it, the first door that was unlocked is now locked again, also after going through this stair upon return you end up here and your map is missing a room

I'm having a terrible time with the block puzzle in "a dungeon."  Am I missing something stupid?   I've tried and failed this thing more times than I can count plus you can easily trap yourself in the room and have to F6-continue.

The easiest thing you can do is try to keep certain blocks out of the way first. The first block you encounter in this room that can be pushed up, should not be pushed high enough to block the door, but it should be used to assist you in moving the block between trees.

One of the blocks near a trigger can just be pushed down, and another can just be pushed left and out of the way.

You have to find a key somewhere else on the overworld. I would worry about finding it after you beaten the quest since it doesn't effect the main quest. If you have already I suggest looking in the purple forest for hints as there's something there that can help you start looking for the key.

I found the hint in the forest, but i have no idea where I could go do do something like that. Could I have a hint on where to go?

If I'm recalling the order of things correctly, there should be a particular screen you should investigate near the entrances to Eddy's Ways and Dadu.

Well, i figured it out,  but i think i ran into a glitch. I found a bombable wall in a cave, but i cannot go through the entrance.
