I don't really know, but seems like the contest moderators have to do a lot more these days then the ones that submit the content.
Wellll making a screen takes work too, but I get what you mean. I don't know what could be done to change things though, it's a tradition of this site.
Not sure what the problem is either, but personally I just haven't done much ZC lately. I wonder what others think.

I think people just care too much about only submitting excellent submissions. Just make a good screen and be fine with it.
