First two remix packs have been uploaded, I'm sure a few of these MIDIs might fit right nicely into your quests. icon_razz.gif

I'll probably have the 3 MIDI Packs upload while I'm at some fireworks thing tonight. icon_razz.gif

Wow dude, many MIDIs, I just downloaded them into my folder and will listen to them progressively.
I think you should submit all of them to VGmusic.com, especially those remixes.
And be sure to add SoTN music to the Castlevania pack! icon_razz.gif I never played the game, but the music is fantastic. Especially Marble Gallery and Lost Paintings...

Well I should at least submit the remixes. icon_razz.gif

Seeing I compiled VGMusic's whole list into a zip. (mainly so I'd be less strenuous) icon_razz.gif

As for the SotN MIDIs don't worry, they'll be in there.

I downloaded remix pack 1, and 2, and I must say, there is some pretty good remixes in them. icon_smile.gif
My favorite (So far) was the Golden Sun - Overworld Remix, I think I'm going to use it in my quest.

I'm actually not sure if the remix's could even be submitted. I've seen some familiar stuff in there, and seems like they're just instrument changes. Not a problem though. Some of it does sound much better the way it is.

Yea they are just instrument changes pretty much, similar to what Exate did. icon_razz.gif

VGMusic's policy is to not accept any midis that are simple instrument changes of midis already in the archives, so I'd suggest not submitting these to VGMusic.

That said, these sound pretty good.

I didn't really plan on submitting them. icon_razz.gif

Also, the third remix pack is currently under development, I plan on only having Final Fantasy MIDIs in this one as well as being slightly more experimental with it.

Due to some technical difficulties I won't be able to do any more remixes for two weeks, but I will still be able to get some MIDI packs done. icon_razz.gif

Sure, I guess remixing some Mother music wouldn't hurt. I think I'll remix the hippie battle theme. :B
