As indicated by the image in my sig, I'm currently working on Hatless DoR Link tiles, with the assistance of Exate. At the moment, I'm 5 tiles shy of having a complete (2.10) set. Not delving into 2.5 at this point so, no fancy tiles yet.

Said 5 tiles are.. Slashing tiles (4) and Din's Fire Cast (5). I also wanna redo the single arm 'holding item up' sprite, as I'm not satisfied with the version I currently have.

They will be released to our database when I'm done.

Anyone wanna see a preview?

I thought that Moony was doing this... I have most of the tiles, but I'm a few shy from a usable set.

I would like to see a sample...I made some skinny, hatless, PTU ones for Matthew. Which reminds me that I'm not done with some stuff.

Preview please! These sound really good, and I like hatless Links alot.

For whatever reason, Moonwhisper is seemingly busy, so guess you could say I'm taking over.
I'm the original creator of that hatless Link head, afterall. Do have to credit Relic, though, for giving me an idea on how to do it.

Only problem I see with this Link, is trying to blend with Zaidyer's original that's walking downward. The Link began as an edit of DZ's by taking parts and mixing it with my old Link, and the hatless I did for a gold ring. I did a total makeover on walking down to suit my tastes, and the hatless was spawned after the edits were complete.
I'd submit them, but I don't find it proper submitting something I edited off somebody else.

That would be quite...um...interesting.

It's even more appropriate now that Teilyr's new username starts with an "X."

Whoa! Are those caped Link tiles remade from LN? Are you gonna submit those?

No, that Link... is wearing the outfit of my persona character's second generation. It was a planned reward for defeating him, as he was going to be a secret boss.

However.
I also provided Xavier some "better" cape tiles from LN that he wanted. It's up to him if he'll submit the finished product, though.

No. The cape will not be included. It's for my own project.

You can rip from those if you're impatient. It's not complete, though. Plus, the software I used to make the bmp a gif probably screwed with the palette.

NICE. I'll wait for the finished version, though.

Yeah, those look pretty cool. I could see a MC style quest where these are the base tiles and eventually you get a hat.

Just widdled out a new single arm 'holding item up' sprite.. GBA style.



Far left is the standing standing sprite, middle is the old GBA style one that's in the sprite sheet.. Far right is the new one I just made.

I'm pretty happy with this one, actually. Unless something else pops into my head, I think I'll use this one in the set.
