You can find the latest version (be it a nightly or an alpha) on the GitHub releases page. Downloads are under "Assets".

The dxgl.dll file in the nightlies appears to be the same version from the 32-bit version, and can now be completely removed as ZC appears to no longer be using DirectDraw for video output.
