Some expected features:

A 2x2 sword
Sword can break shields (like a hammer)
Takes a crapton of damage
Might be slower than other characters

I dunno if a slow character (as in movement speed) is the best idea. Speed down characters don't tend to be fun to play unless the speed difference is miniscule. What I'd recommend instead is to slow down all his attack animations to give him that big juicy Dark Souls windup. A 2x2 sword that breaks shields sounds ridiculously powerful, so he'll need a nice chunk of start and end lag to ensure that he loses out to projectile enemies and flanking.
