Cave/item cellar help

I have not tried to make a classic quest in like, EVER so, I decided to make one. I really don't remember how to make a
screen 80 cave warp. I set the guy, the room type, and the message string but, all of that just appears on the overworld screen on were it warps you. Can someone help please?

Quest -> Dmaps -> Your Dmap -> Flags -> Special room and guy in cave/cellar only

Generally, ZC defaults all caves and item cellars to do that.

Are you setting a warp?
If you are doing a classic version, you do not need to set a warp.
It is automatic if you use a cave/walk up or down, or stairs combo.
The default warp is always set to cave/item room. If you changed that warp type, change it back.

Wow.. I am getting problems with a room full of Keese as well. I am currently using the current 2.5, build 1348 (most current I have seen) version because it works with my Win7 OS, but I just cannot seem to get rid of this warp bug. Trying to put the initial Wooden Sword into my new Quest in the initial cave. using classic version of game, nothing real special.
Can someone help me with that?? T can tell you what I did.
I went to Dmaps, modified the Dmap to Overworld map 1 level 0, and my flags are Allow 3 stair warp rooms, Allow whistle whirlwinds, Special rooms and guys are in caves only, and view overworld map by pressing map. Nothing disabled. My Continue is set to 77, compass is set to 00, and I have Continue Here checked.
Mt tile warp is set to Cave/Item Cellar, using screen 80, combos carryover, and Warp return is A.
I set the guy, the wooden sword, and the message string on the same screen as the cave, which I have on Screen 77. Is there anything I am missing?? Please help if you can.

It might be the build we are using. I never had this problem in 2.10. I think I'll try it in the latest build.

I'm thinking you need to set the "Use Caves instead of Item Cellars" DMap flag.
