You'll need to bring at least 7 of the blue orbs to the guy at the harbor town.  That will spawn the Aquatic Elemental boss, giving you the last element.  All blue orbs are on the main overworld (not in the Inverse world).  If you download the most recent update, you'll be able to buy extra compasses from the skeleton's shop that will give you alerts on screens with the orbs or relics.

I'm missing one ore and i don't know where it is.

 

Edit: Wait, is it supposed to be only 7 ores? Don't know why i thought it was 8. I am missing an elemental, i have defeated the fire, water and dark guardians, don't know where the fourth one is.

The Kinetic Guardian is located somewhere in the Hermitage Swamp, in an area that wasn't opened originally in Part I (remember the relic that required the Omega bombs to obtain in the Inverse area).  Also, yes, there are only 7 ores.  I can understand why you would confuse it as 8 because there are 8 items, but the Fire Rod and Fire Magic are technically the same item and are upgraded together.  In fact I almost confused myself on it during development lol, so you're good.

Just finished the quest and the final boss was pretty damn cool. I genuinely thought the game was continue when you go with Sarah to rescue Hirota's grandmother but i guess that's for the sequel.

 

I hope there's a sequel because there's a lot of potential to expand what this quest did. Yeah, overall i think this quest is really good.

So I beat Part I, went back through all the reverse stream places, got all the relics, levels, memories, omega weapons but I still can't seem to enter the next part of the Slipstream, since the girl just blocks my way and says to make sure I got everything. Unless this is for a sequel or something, idk it wasn't made very clear to me. If so, am I finished with the quest?

Have you gotten all the elements from the elemental bosses? There are 4 different bosses hidden in the world that attune you to an element once defeated. If you’ve done all the reverse areas then you’ve probably already beaten the Sliptonite boss. Once you do that then you should be able to head to the End Stream where Sharron was for the finale. The red portal is not in this game, it’s for a potential sequel. I apologize for not making that clear and pretty soon I’m gonna be doing one more update to make things more clear in Part II in terms of where to go next.

Uhh that's bizarre there should be a button under the grass where you are standing.  Only thing I can think of is either leaving and re-entering the room and see if it comes back or it has something to do with a version of ZC that may be messing with it?  Which speaking of, whenever I finish one last update for this soon I'm getting it off of 2.5.2 lol.  If it still doesn't appear, I'll double check tomorrow when I can look at it further into it

Any chance you abused the ->Next combo + secret flag bug? If that's the case, then...
@DemonLink in the "Emulation" menu in ZC, enable the option "Buggy ->Next Combos".
 
If you update the quest, probably a good idea not to exploit a bug like that. Fun thing happened here, as far as compatibility is concerned; Zoria asked in numerous places if anyone used this bug before he fixed it. After a while, not one person said they did, so he patched it. Then people suddenly complained, but there were also quests that now relied on the patch; normally a QR would be the obvious answer, but 2.53 is at it's QR limit and can't get any new QRs! So, the emulation menu is the only way to fix this in 2.53 (aside from updating the quest to not abuse the bug).
 
EDIT: Yep, opened the quest to look and surely enough there are secret flags on next combos. A ->Next combo, by definition, goes to the... next combo. Them doing anything but that has ALWAYS been a bug.

Thanks to both! Yes, I think it has to do with the ZC version, I'm running it on the 2.53.1 beta ZoriaRPG posted for the 6th quest contest. Haven't had any trouble until that specific screen for this quest. Apologies for not using the recommended version.

 

@venrob, what is that bug you speak of? The thing that fixed it was using the "Buggy -> Next Combos" in the emulator option.

A 'Slash->Next' combo, when you slash it, goes to the next combo in the combo list. That's what they do. It's in the name.
But, there was a bug, which was caused by someone copy+pasting some code wrong. Basically the bug was, you can place a secret flag (16-31) on a 'Slash->Next' combo, and it would go to that secret instead of the next combo.

...considering that it literally is not doing what it says it is supposed to do, it's fairly obviously a bug...

Are you using Beta 36?
 
If not, then download 2.53.1 Beta 36.
 
This version should auto-enable the emulation of the bug for older quests. Please report if it does work as intended, or if it does not.
