You'd figure that if people are talking about it, you'd go looking in the Discussion forum. The ZQuest Help Forum is for technical questions and problems related to building quests. What you're looking for is an actual download link. Go into PureZC's or AGN's ZC Discussion forum (Beta discussion for AGN.) and the link is in there in a topic mentioning Beta 10 in its title. Look for jman2050's name. He's the one doing the announcing as of late.
