Hello everyone!
I've been pretty inactive regarding all things ZC for a while now, but I'm ready to start working on projects again (and maybe actually publish something this summer). Anyways, the point of this post is that I am offering to help people with music in their quests by composing music specifically for them. Music is a big passion of mine and something that I study excessively both in and out of school, and as someone considering working in the field of music, this could be a great opportunity for me to compose music with a purpose, as well as getting back in the groove of ZC by being involved in quests again. I'm trying to build my portfolio a bit and I think this would be a great way to get around to actually writing more music while helping others out in the process, and hopefully making the music in some people's quests more interesting. If anyone is interested in having me write music for your quest, whether it be music for one particular dungeon or overworld or character, or for the entire quest, I am more than happy to help! I look forward to working with as many people as I can! Thanks!

What do you use to make music? I've been wanting to get into this myself but I know very little technical about music. I just taught myself how to play the piano and do that : | What I am asking is do you have any advice for someone like me? Also I might take you up on your desire to make music, I don't know yet though.

We could always use more original composers around here. I don't mess with ZC much these days, but there's tons of active projects going on. :)

There's also the criminally under used music database here.

Do you do MIDI or NSF mainly? NSF is very nice, because the sound is original like NES and the file size can't get any smaller than NSF. :)

I will definitely be taking you up on this if you have the time to do so. I'm in desperate need of original overworld and dungeon music, and my own songs don't really translate well to video game music (I do have midi versions of a couple of them, but they get a bit annoying to listen to after the third or so loop).
