Well, palettes are different if you rip 'em from DoR, I suppose.
You know, if I can rip tiles and still get points for using classic, I think I am going to recolor DoR hatless Link into Classic and see what he looks like.
Edit: Nuvo, are you going to answer my questions?

Remember, most of the points up there are just risk points, you can be a winner if you take the most risks, but you also can be a winner if you just forget all of that stuff and get a ton of votes.
I'll also be making the following amendments:
Usage of 2.5 = -5 pts
Usage of 2.5 and scripts = -10 pts
Usage of 2.5 with no 2.5 elements = 0 pts
To LostInHyrule:
As I said, you may have exterior parts of a dungeon, however, we just don't want a whopping huge overworld/town/mini caves right before the dungeon
To Russadwan:
I'll let you choose what you think it is when you enter, just choose your most honorable thought on what the tileset is, and I'll accept it.
The reason I encourage the less popular sets in this contest is that we need to use them more, all I see now is NewDoR and so forth, anyone remember penguin and pie tileset? How about NoeL's prophesy tiles?

Okay, so I'll just use no 2.5 elements, and I'll be set. Wow, ZC without scripting. That's a scary though to me.

Two ways:
Make two quests and enter both
have the dungeon be a sectional dungeon, with brief connections between each section.

Edit: Would it be alright if I change the SFX's with the SFX editor, or do I have to do it the old way with a brand new sfx.dat file bundled with the quest?

You know, I think I'll let SFX changing slide, since different SFX's are also a 2.10 element, but just a lot harder to do.
Okay. Thanks!
Since custom bosses are a 2.10 element, I'm guessing they are allowed.

A few questions though, I plan on having a 'transforming' dungeon, so I can use 4 different MIDIs, right? Also, could we have a storyline?
