But Joel, we live nearby to there, so it isn't really much of a holiday spot XD

Anyway, my favourite holiday spot is Trás-os-montes, a reigon of Portugal where it's all mountains, and they look really beautiful. And my favourite place in this reigon is probably either Vila Real or Sabrosa.

I took this picture right in the far, far south of Sabrosa a few weeks ago.

Warning: Big image

From where I stay, the view is much better, and you can see the famous hotel of Pinhão from there as well as other very far away locations (which is really beautiful to look at)

It's nothing fancy or foreign to me, but National Pisgah Forest and Blue Ridge Parkway in North Carolina are really nice.  I got around to re-uploading some of the pictures I took about 3 years ago.  Here you go.

The time I spent in Israel was probably the best time of my life, hands down, bar none. Everywhere that you go, there is something interesting to see and do. At least 80% of the people speak English, and 40% speak Hebrew, Arabic, and some English too. The vast majority of the signs are in all three languages as well. The weather is constantly perfect or warm, the food is excellent, and the people are as beautiful as the tourist destinations. Eilat was a vacationer's paradise. Jerusalem was a history archive. The entire northern area was a haven for exploration, hiking, and hospitality. Stay on a Kibbutz. Help out with chores. You'll never feel better.

Would go again. 10 / 10, etc.

I like the mountains in the south east United States. They're beautiful.

Some day I want to go to Saturn for vacation on a nuclear pulse engine and laugh at the whole world. If only I had more uranium. It would be fun going to some of the moons of Jupiter too.
