The moment I post this, I know that I'm going to find the answer to it.  That seems to be how I find answers.   But until then I will have to ask regardless.
 
So I'm in the Spirit Shrine.  I haven't found a single key yet.  I only have access to the bottom-middle part of the dungeon so far.  The best chance I can see to make progress is in the lower-left corner(ish) where I see a hookshot puzzle with red and blue popup blocks.  I really don't see a way past there.   What's the ideal solution there?
 
EDIT:  To get past it, I did something that's likely unconventional.  I faced left, fired an arrow, and IMMEDIATELY hookshotted south so I'd end up on top of the red block as it rose.  Sneaky sneaky little devil.


EDIT: Okay, actual question, please. Where do I turn in the Omega medal and the Din's Medal? Quite lovely fights. Well done.

I finished the story and got Ragnarok. Also noticed that there is no way to refight the final battle or view the ending again.

I'm in isle of winds...but I can't find the other entrance to the cave of wisdom for that maze path.

If you had Ragnarok, the L4 Sword at the bottom of the Forbidden Palace, it would've made things much easier with the Gauntlet. There's also a Gold Arrow in the Resort..but you need to both finish the story and defeat Omega in isle of Winds first.

Little house by the prairie resort warp house, only opens after beat game.

It's in Level 3 not in level 2.  Where can I Bomb ehere the Arrows Point?

It's in the room in the top left, with the bishop. You'll see four arrows. bottom two points to the top two arrows which points to the top middle. Bomb on the floor tile between the two top arrows.

 

 

And where is the other entrance to the Cave of Wisdom?

Both entrances are in West Hyrule. One leads to rupees the other leads to the hidden maze path in Hyrule Castle.

I seem to have broken Yolka Castle somehow. Both keys I obtained have vanished so I cannot progress (unless there's something I'm missing since my counter went back to 0). I accidentally F6'd and continued on a screen transition if that would cause it.

The keys are special event items IIRC. Try getting the rest of the keys and going to unlock what they unlock.
