If you can't (cannot) post any link then do something like

''look up online such as Google or DuckDuckGo or Yahoo or Ask or YouTube or elsewhere Courtney Sound 127 in normal text'' along with downloading instructions and installing instructions for example.

Anyways my name is Jason.

I forgot what sound drive was working and installed on my hp laptop and I forgot what my sound drive was connected too when it worked.

When was the last time it worked? Did you upgrade to 11 from 10 and that's when it stopped working?

Check for function buttons on the keyboard that may mute the system.

Also check Windows Update to see if an update happened today - if so, you can remove the update and see if it works.
