Yup, I am blatantly stealing Russ's idea. Hope he doesn't mind. icon_wink.gif

Just like the Video Game Trivia, I'll ask questions about pop-culture music history(mostly rock) and you'll have to answer. We'll see if it gets somewhere. Let's start with something easy:

The English Rock group "The Yardbirds", upon changing their membership drastically, also changed their name. What did they change it to?

That's not "easy". Easy would be "What three popular 70s guitarists were all involved in the Yardbirds at some point?" and your average noob would answer "Jeff Beck, Jimmy Page, and Eric Clapton". But even as much as I know about classic rock I'll be danged if I know this one.

That was going to be my next question. icon_razz.gif You jumped the gun. But c'mon, this is really easy.

EDIT: Tell ya what, I'll give you hints. The "drastically changed" line-up called themselves "The New Yardbirds" for a while, before changing permanently to a band that is truly a household name.

I would say Stairway to Heaven. I'm not sure about the second answer, but meh.

Stairway is incorrect for the first question. icon_naughty.gif I don't think it was ever even released on a single. And it was on Untitled Fourth.

The answer to the B-side question is "Hey Hey What Can I Do." The answer to the "Most-Requested" is Stairway To Heaven. (Which is what the italics over first question was all about. icon_smile.gif )
