_{What is the arrangement of the blocks? I've tried every idea I can think of: symmetry, pushing the blue ones into the water, etc. Diving into the whirlpool doesn't do anything either. Can I get a hint?}

There is a key in that chest. The boss key opens it. You need to get slightly off center and push against the chest because of the conveyor belt.

Still looking for level 4.  Completed level 5 and I know all of the locations for the rest of the levels.

I am trying to get a treasure box open and it won't work. It's not the one in the conveyor belt room it's the one in the room directly below the triforce room. I don't have the boss key so am I supposed to have it to open that treasure box? I think I have been in every room on the map but it's kinda impossible to know because although I have the map it doesn't show what rooms I've been in.

Thanks!  Still want the maze path solutions for the overworld though.  Can't navigate the lost woods or the mountain path that would of led up to level 4 in the original.

The boss key is in the middle room you enter it from above, maybe a walkthru wall. You may have seen the room but not been able to get to the center where the chest is

I thought I got into that middle room and got a heart piece. Is there a second room you can enter from a walk-through wall?

Is it like the goriya bribe?  If so there is a push block near the start of the overworld that has a bait in it.  There is also buyable bait in the shop that sells the 1st mail upgrade along with cheap keys for the overworld.

The music in this quest is amazing, recognized some tracks from Megaman 7 and Megaman ZX advent. Beat the 1st level and got the 2nd book, pretty enjoyable so far. I don't need to say the zelda ones
