So, at the moment I am working on redesigning level 1 with its own theme. But after that, I will be moving on to level 5 designing.

For this update, I wanted to announce my planned release.

I would like to release this by August 11th, 2018. As that is when I will have been here four years.

It may not be finished in time, as I still have a lot of work to do. But we shall see. Should it not, I still would like to finish it this year. No promises, I want to make sure everything is running smoothly before it hits the database. But maybe there will be a demo sometime.

My goals:

Finish Redesigning Level 1 - March 12th
Design Level 5 - April 2nd
Design Level 6 - April 23rd
Design Level 7 - May 14th
Design Level 8 - June 10th
Design Level 9 - July 10th
Design Caves - July 20th
Secret Placement - August 1st
Odds, Ends and Testing - August 11th

I think having a schedule, or list like that is a good idea. Keep stuff organized, and keep each task as its own thing.

Yeah. That's the way I like to do things. I can see some of these dates changing. But it's what I'm thinking.

3 weeks for each dungeon and a month for later ones seems pretty reasonable. If I have enough time it should be simple.

Design Buildings - June 7th
Design Caves/Mini Dungeons - June 15th
June 16th-July 1st - Break
Design Level 9 - July 21st
Secret/Upgrade Placement - July 25th
Item Sprites and Animations - July 28th
Subscreen/Title Screen Making - August 1st
NPCs/Story - August 4th
Any Fixes/Testing - August 7th
Get out Beta - August 9th
Release - Pending Testing

Honestly, I think some of this will be finished quicker than what I have scheduled. I could see the beta for testers ready late next month.

I'm planning to release this in August. On the 11th, if it's ready.
