Sadly, my speeds aren't changing at all, for the most part. I really wish I could somehow transfer part of the download speed into some upload speed, though. That'd be really useful as I could upload to YouTube much faster than I currently am able.

Bah. What's the harm in hosting torrents, game servers, voice chat servers, and personal web servers at work? They've got all that bandwidth they are clearly not using!

I've actually thought about having a server of my own personal use when our office moves. Just have to ask to find out.

I'm honestly surprised that my upload has that much of a disparity compared to my download. Oh well, that's what you get when you live a half an hour from the nearest town.
