im sure most people have seen this video before. its an old one, but i only just watched it myself. if you havent seen it, i recommend it its neat.

makes me appreciate OoT's story even more. especially the theme of growing up and how sad the ending is. how kokiri forest symbolizes the innocence of childhood and protection thereof. how navi leaves link at the end, showing that his childhood has been sacrificed in his quest to save the world. now he cant live in kokiri forest anymore and nobody knows him as a hero.

im curious if theres any video essays that dive into BotW. or WW, which is one of my favourite stories.

I've watched this, and I remember also thinking it was a pretty good video. But yeah it seems like the story in OoT is usually overshadowed by other discussions, but it did have a solid story if you looked for it.
