As the quest spills into overworld 2, it's starting to look a lot like a bad idea allowing map mode in the quest. I know some people are gonna b-complain, but cosmetically it is gonna be distractingly bad and possibly spoil how certain things gel together. It's also possible the maps won't even use every single screen, so who knows. There's a planned map for Level 4, and a concept for level 5's shape. only a cool idea for level 6.
