ROM stands for Read Only Memory

ROMs stands for Read Only Memories

SNES stands for Super Nintendo Entertainment System

II is the roman numeral (number) for two.

Unless completely safe and legal please do not link to any ROM thank you.

I would suggest not using ZSNES if possible, unless you are using an old computer.

SNES9x is a way more accurate emulator for this. BSNES is also much more accurate but requires a higher powered computer.

What are you system specs?

Start and run the program 'msinfo32'. You'll want to post these 3 fields.

The only thing I can think of is your RAM is getting choked if you're running other programs.

If its not that, then it's likely the ZSNES programming. The program itself hasn't been updated since 2007 and its likely breaking in Windows 10.

Mednafen's good, too. But it doesn't have a GUI, so you probably also want a frontend, like MedGui, QMednafen, or MedLaunch.

There's a 99.9999% chance ZSNES is to blame for the freezing. Snes9x v1.60 will let you run all officially released SNES games with no discernible issue.
