I seem to be missing one Magic Upgrade... that is, if there are six total... Or is 5 the maximum you can get?

 

Me too. Though it doesn't really matter to me at this point, maybe posting where you found the missing magic container could help someone else who comes upon this thread. I guess that one magic container accounts for the missing 2% because I got a 98% completion rate.

I managed to find the magic container in the SE corner screen of the overworld, which is pretty well hidden.

Yah, I just started to randomly bomb walls that looked suspicious enough. I even found an arrow shop and two other caves that gave me rupees.

Towards the end of the recording, the narrator uses the word "too." Interpret "too" in this context to mean the number two.

Look for a wall with "????". You will be able to go through once that turns to "!!!!", which is activated from another room, some rooms left of the shop.

Any tips on the basement of the Monastery? I know the first direction is north, and you need to use the compass. I can't seem to figure out the rest.

South of the maze room, you will see that the text in the corners is different, that's the second half of the path.

Ok,  I will probably feel very stupid once this is answered, but here it goes.  I have been all over the Monastery in every room i can right now trying to find the answer to 4 letter code for the red room.  I cannot make heads or tails of the book that supposedly hints at the answer either.  Any help is greatly appreciated.  Been looking for a few hours, and will keep looking as well.
