Basically James24 is a notorious troll who has been baitposting about wanting money for his ZC work but since nobody cares about his ZC work he's pretending to have the desire of getting other ZC creators involved with money for the "benefit of the Type A community" which is a whole other can of worms but the gist of it is that Type A focuses on being competent all around while Type B purely focuses on challenge (usually to degrees of bad design). I really hope that helps, this whole insanity was ten years in the making so there's a lot to unpack.

i guess i get your analogy. going around laughing at dogs for not being able to speak english is an extremely normal, non-sociopathic thing to do that many well-adjusted humans can relate to

Do you guys think its possible to teach dogs to talk?  I hope not.  But why?  What about the dog makes it impossible for it to speak?  Its the brain of course.  The dog's brain is simply incapable of speaking because it is too primitive.  No matter how hard you try to teach the dog, it won't work because its brain was never designed to understand speaking.  Its not the dog's fault right?  Now, if you push too hard with your teaching the dog gets very angry.  Its brain goes into meltdown and it starts barking and howling all through the night.  It outright rejects any attempt to teach it how to speak.
 
Its the same when it comes to business and these types of translation problems.  Some humans have a very gifted brain that allows them to understand business problems and intuitively know how to go about fixing them.  These humans are very sought after by business and are often well paid as CEOs or high ranking advisors in the company.  But most of the human population does not share this brain.  When it comes to business problems, most humans are simply incapable of understanding them and when someone explains it to them they get very angry.  Their brain just can't handle the information and they go into meltdown.  They bark and howl all through the night offering no solution to the problem.  I guess its not their fault - their brains were simply not built to handle such things.

Why would I need to teach dogs to talk? They already talk to me all the time. Though they usually just tell me to kill someone or overthrow the government....
