Just wondering before I make a bug report about this. I can use standard movement and interaction controls in 2.53 on my keyboard (PC). However, when I activate cheats and want to use the no-walls or invincibility etc. then the inputs don’t get registered. I am currently beta testing rooms and wanna travel quickly or use no walls to move faster in dungeons for testing, and it’s silly having to use the Dropdown-Menu all the time.
2.53 Not Accepting All Keyboard Inputs?

To activate a cheat hotkey, you need to hold down the cheat modifier keys (default "Ctrl+Shift", configurable in the controls menu)

Oh wowies, thankies Emily! Meow! <3
PS: It wasn't like that in 2.50.3 though, butt it's good to know that it's editable.
PS 2: Umm, I pressed "shift" respectively "control" and the cheat button simultaneously, and the cheat didn't activate. What am I doing wrung?

uhh, unless you rebound the cheat mods, "Ctrl+Shift+[cheat key]" should work.... you can check the bindings in the controls

Could be a keyboard issue - after you check the bindings in your controls check the combination here:

And make sure that it actually registers ctrl+shift+F11. I would expect most keyboards nowadays would be fine with 3 button input but you never know - some people have problems doing diagonal boomerang throws for the same reason.

Frankly, I would recommend just clearing the cheat modifier keys. Except for instances of cheat hotkeys being bound to the same keys as your controls, they just make life more difficult.

Oh dang! I thought you would "have" to enter something (press any key) ... but that was just for actually clearing the button out ... LOL! Yeah, Russ, if I had known that was possible, I would have done so immediately. Now it's done. Thanks!
