One thing that I keep forgetting is locations of items and other important stuff found but discovering that it`s not obtainable due to item prerequisites, such as "use hookshot to obtain a heart piece", especially in vast quests with lots of collectibles to find. An option to mark location/s on spacebar map with a colored pin and removing it after tracking it down and claiming collectibles after meeting item requirements greatly helps when it comes to getting 100% run on a quest.
Inside the spoiler is a screenshot of a spacebar map view with two map pins photoshopped in.
Similar thing already exists in a quest named Mirage Island. It really helped me to get 100% run in that quest.
