Odd, since Windows XP is the best for running ZC/ZQ.
Check two things first: in ZC Launcher, on the ZQuest tab, look at the two "Screen Mode" options. If the first one is set to "Full Screen," try changing it to "Window." Then if "Scale" is set to "2x" or more, try changing it back down to "1x."
Most of the times that ZQuest won't start, it's because the program is using an incompatible screen mode, and will close automatically if that happens.
Its Standart in My Options and Even with it Dont Start its Realy Strange ???

If those are set correct and the program still fails to start, then I don't know.
Though just out of curiosity, does the program give any kind of error message when it tries to start, or does it just flash a window open for a small moment before suddenly disappearing?
Or, an error message in `allegro.log`?

What specific version: 2.53.0 Release 2, or 2.53.0 Release 3 (Preliminary) ?
Are you on Discord? I need to see your allegro.log file and your configs.
If zelda.exe opens, select the Misc>>>About menu option and screenshot the dialogue with the version info, then post it.

If the image hosting site gives you an option to copy BB Code links instead of HTML links, try using that instead, since this site doesn't allow HTML in its posts.
Then the images should load directly:

Ok Thanks for the Info I Have Looked and it Has Some BBc Code so I will try it Next Time

ZQuest is probably aborting becuse it could not lock onto a video mode, calling quit_game() on its way out...
This can also occur if you don't have enough free RAM, if you are missing files, or for a few other reasons.
If you tried to copy just the .exe files over an old2.10 install, please note that you cannot do that.
Likewise, this will occur if you delete, move, or rename zquest.txt.
You only sent me pieces of the log, and the data that I need, is in-between those snapshots.
The part that I need, starts with:
ZQuest v2.50 (Build 33)
Allocating tunes buffer (16.00k/16.00k)... OK
Other than that, the size of that ZC Player window looks enormous compared to your icons and what I am guessing is the relative size of your desktop.
Right click on your desktop and open display properties. Please tell me the exact size of your display (height, width) in pixels.
Possible Solutions (based on limited information)
If that is the normal scaling of ZC Player, then your display is tiny and you may need to use Small mode. You will lose some UI features in this mode, but it is needed for downscaling on very small displays.
In Zlaunch, try these options:
If this works, you can try to increase the Scaling of the Classic (small) Interface to 2x, which is either 640x400 or 640x480; and try the fullscreen option (below).
Alternate Fix (fullscreen)
In Windows XP, ZQuest may run natively in 8bbp fullscreen mode. (You can try to launch it in fullscreen from the Zlaunch utility.)
If that fails, or has graphical issues, then you can also try 2.53.0 Release 3 (Preliminary). In that version, open ZLaunch, enable DXGL on the Drivers tab, and try to open ZQ in fullscreen with the following settings.
P.S. Tell me what video drivers are set in this panel for ZQuest, in your current installation, before you make any changes.
