I am making an invisible Moldorm boss. I know how to make him invisible and i have all his stats and stuff, but there are some problems. 1, i wanted him to shoot fireballs so you could kinda tell where he is. Even though i set his weapon to fireballs, he doesn't shoot fireballs. Secondly, he seems weirdly small... Idk if i just forget what size they are supposed to be, but he looks pretty tiny (i set him to not be invisible for testing). How can i fix both of these problems (second one isn't necessary).

I think for the first you need a script. Sadly many options you have in the editor work only with certain enemy types and I assume that Moldorms aren't enemies that can shoot stuff.

You do need a script for the fireballs. Several enemies ignore the "weapon" attributes in the editor, and Moldorm is one of them. The only option is to script the fireballs manually.

Moldorms ignore shots, primarily because they are an npc group, rather than a single npc. They also do whatever they want to do, as I've said for years. ;)

It's somewhat difficult to script special shots, or other stuff for them as well. Moldorm and Lanmola become erratic when you try to do too much with them, and effectively tracking which segment is the lead, can be difficult.

If every segment had its own shots, they would be brutally unfair.
