Is there a way to change your swords out, like Magic to Master, or White to Wooden for example?
From the subscreen?

In 2.10, no. It is possible in 2.5, but I am unsure of how to do it.

No, unless you use scripting. If you set the sword class in 2.5 to be taken by like likes and you enabled the rule, "Keep lower level items", then you can get a lower level sword. But the subscreen wouldn't work because each sword shares the same class. You can't have each sword on the subscreen because the item will change when you get the next level sword. If you use 2.5 ask for a script to do that.
I would just ask for a few custom item scripts to mimic each sword. Since there are multiple classes for custom items, you could assign each script to a certain class, so you can then put each sword on on the subscreen. But that's if your using 2.5

In 2.50 you can do it with subscreen editing (no scripts necessary).
Create different item slots for each sword and set "item override" to the sword you want. You can now equip each sword separately.
If you're using 2.10, I'd advise you to upgrade to 2.50, although you can't host 2.50 quests in the PureZC database.

That works? Wouldn't it then give you all of the items because they share the same class?

That's what Item Override is for. Instead of displaying the highest-leveled item of a class, it shows one specific item regardless of higher levels.

Now I'm confused. Didn't you make a thread earlier today about this type of thing not working? You got it to work?

Oh yeah... I was talking about what it was supposed to do. I can only suppose that if you use it properly you won't experience the issues I'm having.
