I'm designing a quest, and I need a partner in crime to make this a reality! I've got a lot of big ideas and I need someone who has tile designing (I need specific custom bosses and enemies badly) and dungeon making experience! If you want to help, or have questions about my "big" ideas, either PM me or contact me by email at weaselpants@hotmail.com.

P.S. - I may be a new member to Pure ZC, but Iv'e been working with the editor for over a year now, so I actually know what I'm doing, please don't judge me by my looks!!

Maybe you should tell us a bit where this quest will be about.

Well, first of all, welcome to PureZC, Weasels. icon_biggrin.gif Great username, by the way. Despite what some people (cough cough) may lead you to believe, we're generally a pretty friendly bunch, especially towards new members. So...yeah, hope you like it here, enjoy posting, etc.

Secondly, I can certainly respect you wanting to keep your ideas under wraps, at least for now, but if you don't post something about this quest of yours, I'm afraid people aren't going to be that interested. Certainly, I don't doubt that you have big ideas, but the thing is, everybody has big ideas--I have big ideas. If you want to get people interested, you need something a little more tangible.

Personally, I don't have the skills you're looking for, or the time to dedicate to a project like yours, but we've got no shortage of talented people here; I'm sure you can find someone to work with, if you keep at it.

Unfortunetly I can't let out my plot before the demo is officially released, because I don't want jerks to take it.

I highly doubt that will be a problem here at Pure. You can trust us, we don't cheat...no one is going to take your story idea.
So howzabout some screenies? Please?

Ok, briefly, Link has to search the tombs of the ancient leaders of hyrule to piece together a medallion. This medallion is the ultimate antidote and allows Link to cross the miasma streams Ganon has surrounded his lair with. Link must defeat Ganon in order to obtain the Suit of Time which allows Link to survive in the phantasmic spirit realm, where a large dragon and his army are preparing for an all out war...
In progress
- Pegasus boots scripting
-Roc's cape
-throwing pots
-MC Style lantern
- and more

with a surprise twist at the end!

This is The Legend of Zelda: Birth of Shadow (tentative title)
I have been planning this for months, and the is a very very very very brief and general description.

See, there you go-I have no interest in steealing that idea icon_deformed.gif .

Seriously, what do you need? Why do you need a co-producer? Do you need graphics, MIDI's or a scripter?

Oh nice plot. Yea us purezc users dont cheat. But yea. Throwing pots? Im afraid that feature is not yet implemented in zelda classic nor is there a script for it yet even though im currently making one. But other than that, the quest sounds great Weasels. Any screenshots?

Hmm, pegasus boots. There was once a script but it didn't work too well...

Well, hum, good luck finding a partner...

I'm using an edited pure tileset. The reason I'm asking for help is because I'm so involved with School band, and as of recently, DCI, I have little time to work on it, and I want to share my adventure with people sometime in the next 10 years icon_unsettled.gif
